Jack's Bay Beach, St. Croix USVI
Even in the sun drenched beaches of St. Croix, there are those stand out beaches that make for something truly magnificent. St. Croix’s beaches are renowned for their wonder, but some of the beaches stand a cut above the rest in terms of what they offer guests as far as seclusion, relaxation, and just pure, natural beauty. One of those beaches is located on the gorgeous banks of Jack’s Bay. The beach is stunning and the feeling of luxurious isolation is something that is sure to make anyone feel like they’ve stumbled upon their own piece of tropical heaven.
This lovely Caribbean paradise is a part of a very incredible beach duo. Right beside it is Isaac’s Bay, but the marvel of Jack’s is its privacy and the magic that is created when you’re lying on the beach underneath the sky, wrapped in the incredible breeze of US Virgin Islands. The beach is accessible by foot or by boat. Whether you want to take the scenic route and drink in as much of the shoreline as you possibly can while you navigate the beach on foot, or whether you’d rather coast along on the beautiful waters of the Caribbean and reach the beach in rapturous luxury, you’ll be able to reach it with very little problem.
The sand that makes up the beach of Jack’s Bay is gorgeously pristine. White and incredibly clean, this beach provides beach goers the perfect chance to lie out without a care in the world. What’s more incredible is that this beach is very rarely frequented by anyone. It’s very popular with Cruzan’s; however, tourists bypass this paradise in favor of a beach that’s a bit flashier, that offers more than just its raw natural beauty. There is very little in the way of amenities on this beach; however, if you bring your own provisions, you should be able to take in the entire beach for as long as you want. You’ll also be pleased to know that there is the perfect opportunity for couples to spend a lovely day on the beach in relative seclusion --it isn’t uncommon for visitors to take a chance and remove an article of clothing, for instance.
Don’t think that this beach offers nothing more than an incredible sense of privacy. It is also a wonderful place to get incredibly close to nature. The water is clear, calm, and perfect for anyone who wants to do a bit of snorkeling. If you’re so inclined, you should bring snorkeling gear and make sure you get a chance to sink beneath the surface of the water for a view of the underwater wildlife that inhabits the plentiful reefs that make up the bottom of this side of the Caribbean. You’ll also be able to do a bit of swimming in the warm waters, as the water is incredibly easy to enter. Bypass all the loud mess of the more tourist oriented beaches and find yourself in the lap of secluded luxury at Jack’s Bay.
