It’s only about one mile long; however, the sheer volume of its beauty is enough for anyone taking a stroll along the shore. The waters are gentle for most of the year (with the exception of one week in which the northeast wind shifts to the west). There are very few rough waves (if any) to speak of. The sun truly shines brightly on this heart shaped haven. For those who want to get a nice burn, you’ll have nothing to worry about. However, if you’d rather just dose in the easy breeze of the shade, there’s plenty of trees to go around.

There are great places for people who are interested in a bit of water fun. At the end of the beach there are rock formations that provide the perfect outlet for snorkelers. If you’re in the mood for a deep sea adventure, you’re truly in luck. Magens Bay provides mask, fin, and snorkel rental to ensure convenience. There are also sail boat and board rentals for people who want to take a trip out on the clear blue waters of Magens Bay.

Club members and guests alike, however, can always take a soothing ride through the shaded area with Magens Bay’s free transportation service to and from the beach --of course, if you’d rather not share a bus ride with a great group of tourists, you can always call for taxi transportation to the beach.

The beach is perfect for tourists and accommodates them with great ease. There is a bit of a fee to of $4 per person --$2 extra for those bringing their own transportation. This small fee goes towards maintaining the beach and all of its amenities --which include life guards, showers, and toilets, keeping the land well groomed and the clear for those who wish to visit all year round.
