Secret Harbor Beach, St. Thomas USVI

It’s no secret how staggeringly beautiful Secret Harbor is. This palm tree lined beach is magnificent for a stroll along the shoreline, or even better if you want to recline and watch the waves comb the white sand beach. The water is phenomenal and invites guests to jump in whenever they feel and enjoy the calm, cool, and refreshing waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The clear water is just perfect for snorkeling or swimming. If you’re in love with the idea of getting cozy with some of the amazing underwater wildlife of the Caribbean, then you must consider taking a trip under water at Secret Harbor. You’ll encounter some of the most charming sea creatures and deep sea flora that you could ever imagine.

This location is just secret enough to give you the kind of peace and quiet you crave whilst walking along the Caribbean shoreline; however, it isn’t St. Thomas’s most secluded beach. There are going to be a few crowds --particularly during the week-ends or any given holiday; however, you won’t be overrun by tourists. So the possibility of getting the chance to experience the private beach serenity that Secret Harbor has to offer is quite high.
The amenities are quite high as Secret Harbor leads to the Secret Harbor Beach Resort. Secret Harbor is also incredibly close to Red Hook, one of the tourist orientated towns in St. Thomas. You’ll be able to find whatever you need whenever you need it as you explore the beautiful landscape of Secret Harbor. You’ll also be surrounded by a number of condos and a few hotels. As a result you’ll be able to experience some of the excellent Caribbean cuisine at one of the many restaurants and bars that surround the area.

Of course, the snorkeling and the beautiful beach aren’t the only attractions that lead people to this secret haven. There are a number of historical spots to be admired. National Park Headquarters gives the entire family an opportunity to take in some of the sights, have a great time looking around the beautiful beach in the sun. This fun little getaway is less than a mile from Secret Harbor and easily accessible --as is the beach itself-- via car ride or on foot.
If you’re looking to get a more in depth perspective of St. Thomas’s history, you must visit the Catherinberg Ruins. You’ll get the opportunity to learn a great deal about the US Virgin Islands as you take a tour through the ruins with the help of a knowledgeable guide. The best part is that you’re never too far away from the beach and you’ll find it easily accessible no matter where you’re coming from.
Secret Harbor, though not as secretive as the name suggests, is quite beautiful and calm. If you dare, you’ll be able to find the perfect spot to relax with a book. But if you’re more into taking a quick dip in the calming waters of the Caribbean, you’ll be more than aptly accommodated.
